What it does
SSOJet adds enterprise identity capabilities alongside an existing SaaS authentication system. It targets teams that need customer-specific SAML or OIDC connections, directory provisioning and administrative controls without replacing the login system already used by their application.
- Connect enterprise identity providers. A unified integration supports SAML and OIDC providers such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. Teams configure and test each customer's identity connection, then map the resulting login into their own application and organization model.
- Keep the existing authentication foundation. SSOJet describes compatibility with systems such as Auth0, Cognito, Firebase and custom authentication. This provides an incremental route to enterprise SSO, with the application responsible for connecting federated identities to existing users, sessions and access decisions correctly.
- Automate directory-driven user lifecycle changes. SCIM support covers provisioning, deprovisioning and group synchronization from a customer's directory. Webhook events can carry changes into the application, reducing manual account handling while still requiring explicit rules for membership, roles and access removal.
- Let customer IT administrators configure access. A self-service portal provides identity-provider and directory setup guidance, with branding and custom-domain options. This gives administrators a dedicated configuration path while the SaaS team controls the integration, tenant boundaries and production rollout.
- Add controls for authentication and review. The platform describes MFA, audit logs, session policies, roles and IP allowlisting. These features can support a customer's security questionnaire and operational investigation, but availability and the suitability of the configuration need to be checked against the chosen plan.
- Implement with APIs, SDKs and rollout guidance. Developer documentation covers SSO, SCIM, authentication and organization-aware access patterns, with guides for multiple frameworks and languages. Teams can combine reference material with connection testing and recovery planning before enabling enterprise login for a real customer tenant.
