What it does
Netim is especially useful when you need a country or territory domain that mainstream registrars do not carry. Its broad catalogue brings uncommon local extensions and everyday domain management into one account.
Uncommon country and territory domains
Netim advertises 1,300+ extensions, including around 450 country-code options. Its catalogue includes .ax (Åland), .fo (Faroe Islands), .ge (Georgia), .li (Liechtenstein), and .ma (Morocco), making it a useful place to check when your usual registrar does not list the local extension you need.
Manage international domains in one account
Register local addresses for different markets alongside familiar extensions such as .com and .org, then manage the portfolio through Netim Direct. Check each extension’s eligibility rules: being listed does not guarantee that every applicant or domain qualifies.
Anycast DNS, DNSSEC, and eligible WHOIS privacy
Worldwide Anycast DNS helps serve DNS queries across regions, while DNSSEC lets you authenticate DNS records on supported extensions. WHOIS privacy is available where the registry permits it, so personal contact details are not unnecessarily exposed in public lookups.
Included email and unlimited forwarding
Registration includes one 1GB email address and unlimited redirects, useful for a branded contact address or for sending a new domain to an existing website before you build a separate site.
Transfers with renewal on eligible extensions
Most paid transfers include a one-year renewal, subject to the extension’s rules. Compare the transfer cost and renewal rate for your exact extension before moving a portfolio; a low first-year registration offer does not necessarily mean a low ongoing price.
Check before you buySome country-code extensions require local presence or documents. Compare renewal and transfer prices, billing currency, and VAT before checkout. For a typical .com transfer, unlock the domain and get an Authorization Code from the current registrar; allow about five days. Country-code transfer rules can differ.
